Homestead Aquatic Center, Chapel Hill, North Carolina:  (Pictures)
Planning, Design, and Project Administration of the aquatics portions by Markey and Associates, in association with GGA Architects. This Aquatic Center is an Indoor 2-pool complex consisting of one 25 yd x 25 meter competition pool and a 4-lane therapy pool. Approximate construction cost is $1,000,000 (Markey portion)

Five Recreation Centers, Clayton County, Georgia:  (Pictures)
Planning, Design, and Project Administration of the aquatics portions by Markey and Associates, in association with Facility Group Architects, for these five recreation centers with pools based on two prototypical designs. Construction began summer, 2005 at $7,000,000 each.

50 Meter Pool Complex, August-Richmond County, Georgia:  (Pictures)
This regional competition facility contains a 50-meter by 25 yard main competition pool and a 25-yard diving well. The indoor facility includes seating for 1,000 spectators. Opened May, 1999. Facility of Merit.

Kedron Park Pool, City of Peachtree City, Georgia:  (Pictures)
25-yard, 8-lane competitive pool and warm-down/therapy/instructional pool, adjacent to community recreation center. The pools are seasonally covered with air-supported fabric structures. Opened May, 1999.

City of Ottumwa, IA:  (Pictures)
Planning and design of a major family aquatic complex. The project combines an indoor facility for competitive swimming and aquatic recreation with an outdoor recreation park including wave pool, slides, and a kiddie play pool.

Chatham County Aquatic Center, Savannah, GA:  (newspaper drawing and photos)
$4.5 million indoor training and competition venue. The facility houses a 25yd by 50m by 2m deep competition pool, a warmer and shallow 6-lane warm down pool with a side instructional/therapy area. Facility of Merit.
