ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT:
A Feasibility Study or Needs Assessment is where you might want to begin before looking into a pool renovation or a whole new family aquatic center.
Feasibility studies can tell you if you should go with upgrading (adding to existing), renovate existing, tear down an existing pool and replace, or even not build at all! You will be able to compare with others and what they have done. You can learn, based on selected comparable facilities, if your area will actually support a new aquatic facility and what you may be able to expect in revenue and expenses.
Listed below is a selected list of some of our public sector feasibiliy studies. Many other efforts for commercial and private ventures have been completed as well.
The projects that show "" are those that continued through construction.
